1. What is Zen Buddhism?

Zen Buddhism is a practical method for improving the human experience of life through the development of our innate wisdom. Zen Buddhism uses tools such as meditation to develop and preserve our virtue through the rigors of life. However, Meditation is only one of our ways, through generations, a large number of methods have been developed and refined to help any struggle we may face when experiencing life.
